“Everything in life I learned from the chicken coop” is the motto of this playful exhibition. From kindness to sorrow, politics to social behavior, Kassay gets her inspiration for life and work from the chicken and roosters she raises. Rendered in brilliant tones, she captures their fluffy back ends, scaly legs, rubber-like wattles and silky feathers. This is a joyful show which brings to life these complex and beautiful creatures that are chickens.
